Since 1955 the Manzo Family has been making traditional Italian Sausage (Salsiccia) and has developed a loyal and enthusiastic following. These original recipes were developed by our parents, Pietro and Brigida Manzo in Sicily, Italy and was brought to the United States when they immigrated in the 1950s. It is the careful blending of the finest spices, the traditional method of production, and our commitment to quality that make our products superior on the market.
Our products are made with only the highest quality ingredients, the best hand-trimmed pork and beef stuffed in natural casings. No extenders, no fillers, no colorants and no preservatives are used in our products.
